Operator Assistance provide support and help to internee users visiting your company web site. With this package users are able to get support from operator via chat, by seeing entire or partial images pushed through the chat window or by redirection to a new URL. User accounts can be created by Operator Assistance (OA) Administration Module. OA Admin Module is a windows application used by operator and intended for managing user accounts and domains. With OA Administration Module operator can create, modify or delete user accounts or domains.
