Chat client is a web application that provides chat between users logged on to a web site. All users must first create account. During registration process user need to choose unique user name and email. If user select already used user name or email he/she will be noted about this and registration process will be stopped. Among user name and password user can enter more data about it self’s like real first and last name and address (including street name and apartment number, city and postal code). After successfully registration system will sent confirmation email to given email address.

After login process user is in global chat room. User can see all other user in global chat room, but can’t see (if any) private chat room until he/she is invited to join in some private chat room. Users in global (and every other private room) can chat writing messages. All users in same room can see what other users write. If two or more users wish to hide their chat from others they can create private chat room very simple – only single mouse click is needed to create private chat room. After creating new chat room user need to invite someone to join his/she’s private chat room.

In Chat client application invitation someone to private chat room is very simple like everything other: only single mouse click is needed to invite someone to join in your private chat room. Invited user can or cannot accept invitations. If user accepts invitation, new chat window is open and everything is same like in global chat room except this to user which is not in this private chat room.

In short, we can say the users are allowed to create their own chat rooms and to invite friends if they don’t want to chat in public. Invited user can either accept or reject the invitation. Users which are not invited are not able to see the chat in a private room.

User is able to see current chat users list, create new chat room and is allowed to invite other users to a chat room. User can always go back into a global chat room. When invited to a chat room, user can accept or reject invitation.
