Central location, usually corporate Head Quarters, can select groups of leads and route them to a certain group or individual Customer Contact Point. The HQ marketing department may establish and enforce business rules that can bring relationship with prospects and customers to the highest possible level. It also empowers franchisees to take part in the collective and individual Marketing Effort. After all, they are usually the closest to the customer.

The systems helps bridge the gap between HQ and the individual franchisees and orchestrates a better and more cost effective marketing effort. It is really a win-win scenario for all participants.
